Do I have to sign up for Branch?

In short, the answer is yes.

What will happen if I don't sign up for Branch?

If you haven't set up your Branch account by September 15th, you won't receive payouts for your completed shifts.

Your shifts will remain in a "pending" status until your Branch account is established.

Once your Branch account is active, all pending shifts will be paid promptly, and the funds will be accessible in your Branch wallet.

What about my old payment method?

If you have been receiving payments through a rapid Pay Card or weekly direct deposit in the past, these payment methods are being phased out and replaced by Branch.

Why the transition to Branch?

We understand the importance of getting your hands on your hard-earned cash right after finishing a shift. That's why Switch has teamed up with Branch, , a leading financial platform delivering faster, more flexible options for businesses to pay their workers. Banking services are provided by Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC.

I use Branch with another company - do I have to create a new Branch account with Switch?

If you already have a Branch account with another employer, there is no need for you to create a new account with Branch. During the onboarding process in the Switch app, your information will be shared with Branch. Branch will be able to locate your existing account and allow you to easily link it to Switch.
