We know—this might not sound flashy, but trust us, it’s a game-changer for your day-to-day operations.
What’s New?
Managing multiple facilities just got a whole lot easier. Previously, you had to juggle multiple logins for different locations—switching between accounts just to track schedules, invoices, or reports. Not anymore!
Now, with one login, you can:
✅ Access & manage all of your facilities in a single dashboard
✅ View PBJ reports for all buildings in your organization
✅ Simplify scheduling across multiple locations
✅ Track invoices for all facilities in one place
✅ Manage user accounts from one central hub
What Do You Need to Do?
Absolutely nothing! We’ve already done the heavy lifting for you. Just log in with your primary email address to access everything.
If you previously had a main login (e.g., admin@greatfacility.com) and additional logins (e.g., admin+2@greatfacility.com), those accounts with a '+' have now been merged into your primary account.
How to Add Team Members
We've made it easier for you to invite new team members using the "Invite" button in your dashboard. You can manage permission levels as well as which facilities users have access to.
