Submitting a Paper Time Card

If you encounter difficulties with the clocking-in process (or if you are unable to submit an electronic time card through your app) please use the following steps to document your time worked:

1.  Download and Print a Paper Time Card

Download a paper time card here.

 

If you are unable to download or print the DirectCare Shifts Paper Time Card, you can use a piece of paper with the following details:

    • Facility Name
    • Date
    • Times Worked (Start and End)
    • Meal Break (if applicable)
    • Facility Supervisor's Name

 

Once you have filled out the information, kindly ask your Facility Supervisor to review and confirm the accuracy of the details. Obtain your Facility Supervisor's signature as an acknowledgment of the hours you worked.

2. Upload Through the App

If you are unable to submit your timecard but you are on the time card screen, select the "Upload TIme Card" in the upper-right corner. This option will then ask you to open either the camera, photos, or files from your phone.

3. Email Your Time Card

If you are app is not functioning, or if you are unable to access the time card screen, you will need to send your time card to payroll@directcareshifts.com
