DirectCare Shifts makes it easy to get your timecard signed, submitted and approved.
Follow these important steps to ensure your timecards are approved without delaying your pay.
Signatures are Mandatory!
It is mandatory that your timecard is signed by someone at the facility, otherwise your timecard will be rejected.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A staff member at the facility is the only authorized signer. You cannot sign the timecard yourself, nor can you have another agency nurse sign your timecard.
Logging Breaks
If lunch breaks are required by the facility, you must log your break on the timecard.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If a break is required by the facility, then it must be reflected on your timecard, even if you did not actually take the break.
Timecard Review
All timecards are reviewed by a staff member at DirectCare Shifts. If there are any issues with your timecard, it will be rejected and sent back to you for correction.
The cut-off time for submitting your timecard is 8:00 am on a payday.
- For direct deposit, this is 8:00 am on Monday.
- For daily pay, it is 8:00 am on business days (Monday through Friday)
