Reliability Score

Let's explore a how your Reliability Score is calculated and what it means for you.

How is Reliability Score Calculated?

Your Reliability Score ranges from 1 to 100, with 100 being the highest attainable score.

Every shift you complete impacts your overall Reliability Score, allowing you to earn a maximum of 100 points for each shift.

To determine your Reliability Score, we calculate your Total Shift Score (the combined scores from each shift completed) and divide it by the Total Number of Scheduled Shifts you have.

Punctuality

Punctuality has the largest impact on your Shift Score. You are expected to be on time and work your full shift.  If you clock-in on time and work your entire scheduled shift, you will earn the maximum score (100) for that shift.

Being late results in point deductions, with the severity increasing the later you are.

Cancellations

Cancellations have the biggest impact on your Reliability Score. The closer to your shift start time you cancel your shift, the more points you will be penalized.

  • Shifts cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any penalties.
  • If you cancel a shift with less than 24 hours notice, you automatically lose all 100 points for the shift.
  • If you cancel a shift with less than 6 hours notice, in addition to losing all points for the shift, you will also be suspended from the platform for 7 days for your first offense, and 30 days for your second offense.
