What if I need help after hours?

Rest assured, you can reach a real person at Switch, even after normal business hours.

Unlike other staffing platforms and agencies that are heavy on algorithms and light on humans, Switch prides itself on our customer service.

Switch provides 24/7 customer service with representatives who are knowledgeable about your account. 

So if its 1:00am and your nurse no-call no-showed for a 6:00am shift, Switch is here to help you out. 

Ways you can reach us after-hours:

1.) For emergencies, call our main number at 940-566-0016 and you will be routed to our on-call account manager.

2.) For non-emergencies, submit a help ticket through our chat bot or by emailing staffing@switch.com
