Life happens and we believe in second chances
My reliability score is low - how can I improve it?
To enhance your Reliability Score, there are a few effective methods:
- Your Reliability Score is calculated based on your performance in the last 26 weeks. If you had a rough week with tardiness, don't fret. Over time, those negative scores will gradually diminish and cease to impact your overall score.
- Boost your reliability score by earning two types of additional credit: Clutch Points and Dependability Points.
- Clutch Points are earned by taking on a last-minute shift at the regular rate (non-boosted or blasted rate).
- Dedication Points are earned by staying later to ensure proper handover or completing necessary tasks like charting.
If you feel there was a mistake on your reliability score, you can submit an appeal. Read this article for more guidance: Can I appeal my Reliability Score?
