How can I improve my reliability score?

My reliability score is low - how can I improve it?

To enhance your Reliability Score, there are a few effective methods:

  1. Your Reliability Score is calculated based on your performance in the last 26 weeks. If you had a rough week with tardiness, don't fret. Over time, those negative scores will gradually diminish and cease to impact your overall score.
  2. Boost your reliability score by earning two types of additional credit: Clutch Points and Dependability Points.
    1. Clutch Points are earned by taking on a last-minute shift at the regular rate (non-boosted or blasted rate).
    2. Dedication Points are earned by staying later to ensure proper handover or completing necessary tasks like charting.

If you feel there was a mistake on your reliability score, you can submit an appeal. Read this article for more guidance: Can I appeal my Reliability Score?
