So you've bid on shifts - now what?
Reviewing your pending bids is an important process in winning the shifts you want.
After you submit a bid on a shift, the Facility receives notification and reviews your bid (alongside any others).
Under the Bids Tab on your Schedule, you can review each Open Bid.
An Open Bid means that the bid has not been confirmed or rejected by the facility.
Can I change my bid after submitting it?
Yes! You can change your bid at any time as long as the bid is still Open. To change your bid, click on the shift card (as displayed above). You can Withdraw your bid or change the amount of your bid.
Updating a Bid
You have the ability to change your bid amount - either increasing or decreasing it - just the same as when you initially submitted your bid. The facility will be notified that your bid has either increased or decreased.
TIP: If your bid has been open for a long period of time, you may consider decreasing your bid amount to ensure your bid remains competitive.
Withdrawing a Bid
If you no longer want to work a particular shift, you may withdraw it at any time while the bid is still listed as Open. You will receive a dialogue box confirming your action to withdraw the shift.
Will changing my bid and/or withdrawing my bid affect my Reliability Score?
No! Withdrawing a bid, or changing the amount you bid, will not affect your reliability score.
Canceling a shift after you have been assigned, however, will affect your reliability score.
